This product has been specially formulated to be taken during the menopause. Mix 25g of powder with 250ml to 300ml of cold plant-based or dairy milk, or water and consume once daily.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
