Gluten free oat flour, magnesium citrate, lemon balm extract, chamomile extract, natural vitamin K2 as MK-7 (carriers: vegetable cellulose, MCT oil), saffron flower extract, Vitamin D3 from algae (carriers: corn syrup solids, arabic gum, sodium ascorbate, silicon dioxide).

Usage suggestions using one teaspoon: Mix into your child's dinner - mashed potato or mashed banana work great (fussy eaters wont even notice!) Add into an evening smoothie with banana and oats. Stir well into a night time glass of warm milk or cocoa. Children over the age of seven can increase the dose to 1.5 teaspoons (approximately 4g).

For UK orders over £40, there is no postage charge. For UK orders under £40, there will be a £3.50 postage charge.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering, so you should receive your order to a UK address within 2-3 working days. Most UK orders are sent out the same day and delivered the next working day.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
