Alpha Lipoic Sustain provides sustained release of Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) A fatty acid, that is found naturally in every cell within the body where it helps turn glucose into energy. Alpha lipoic acid works well when taken with glutathione, vitamin E, vitamin C and D. Unlike other fatty acids which will work only in water or only in fatty tissue, alpha lipoic acid is both fat and water soluble.
This formula also contains Biotin, a water-soluble B-complex vitamin.

Suggested Usage
Take 1 tablet 1 or 2 times per day with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
