6-12 years: 2.5ml per day. 12-15 years: 5ml per day. Over 16 years: 10ml per day. 1. Shake well before use. 2. Use measuring cup to measure liquid. 3. Administer into your mouth once a day. 4. Ensure cup is washed and dried after each use. Do not use a steam sterilizer or dishwasher.
