Suitable for daily use by women during the postnatal phase. Take two capsules per day with a cold drink, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsules can be taken together, or dose split during the day. Revital Essence is safe to take alongside all Zita West pregnancy supplements (excluding Pregnancy Plan).

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
