Mix four heaped scoops (100g) with 400ml of cold water or skimmed milk (for smoothest result, use a blender). We recommend 1 serving per day between main meals. Two servings can be taken on training days if required. If you mix with skimmed milk you add an extra 16g of protein, plus 170 calories. Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within three hours. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
