REGISTERING WITH APPROVED VITAMINS
An account will automatically be created by completing the form when purchasing a product. Alternatively you can click the MY ACCOUNT icon next to the search bar and register for an account.

If you have forgotten your password click the forgot password link on the MY ACCOUNT login page.
You can change your password by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link in the bottom right hand side of the page and then clicking the ACCOUNT DETAILS link.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY
For UK orders over £50, there is no postage charge. For UK orders under £50, there will be a £3.50 postage charge.
For international orders, once through to checkout with your products, you will see the different postage options available. For more information, contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com Please note that there may be an additional postage fee if your order is over 2 kg in weight.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering, so you should receive your order to a UK address within 2-3 working days. Most UK orders are sent out the same day and delivered the next working day.

Delivery times for orders being sent internationally vary by destination and obviously depend on the transit time of our service provider.
We do ship internationally to all countries besides the United States and Australia.

Please firstly check that you received both an order confirmation and payment receipt for your order. If you have not received both your confirmations, please contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com
If you have not received your order to your UK address within 7 working days, please contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com.
International orders can take longer, please check your tracking information or contact us if you have any issue.
In the rare occasion that we send you the wrong item, we will immediately send you the correct one and also send you a shipping label so you can send us the wrong item back.
Please contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com and we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If there is no notification of a back order on your invoice, please contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com so that we can identify how the problem has occurred. We will do our utmost to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will put this product on back order which means that it will be sent out separately as soon as the product is back in stock. There will be a notification on your invoice if a product is on back order.
Most products will be back in stock within 3-4 days unless the product is long term out of stock with our manufacturer or coming from overseas.
We aim to fulfil all back orders within 2 weeks otherwise a refund will be issued.
Please contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com with your product details and order ID so that we can cancel your back order and issue you with a refund.
Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:

Once we receive the item, we will then issue you with a refund.
If you wish to make an order over the phone, please call us on 0330 088 3135 and let us know what products you would like to order.
We can't take orders via email.
PAYMENT AND CHECKOUT
You can use any debit or credit card or you can pay with PayPal.
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal websites after checkout. There you will have the option to pay for your order either using your PayPal account or using your bank card.
We will charge your payment method when you place your order. The charge may take a few days to show up in your bank account or PayPal statement.
Once the payment has gone through for your order, we are not able to add products to your internet order. However, if you contact us via 0330 088 3135 we can place a new order for you over the phone and you will not be charged additional postage.
If you wish to cancel a particular product, please contact us immediately so that we can issue you with a refund before your order leaves us – please contact us via 0330 088 3135 or support@approvedvitamins.com.
If we have already packed or dispatched your order, we will not be able to amend it in any way.
Subscriptions
When you add a product to cart you have the option to buy it on a recurring basis. This will allow you to save time as well as give you a 5% discount.

Occationaly the price of a product will change. If it changes, your subscription will update automatically.
