Directions
1 measure 1-2 x a day mixed in 200-250ml of water or juice. This can be split into smaller servings throughout the day is required but re-mixing is recommended if left standing. Measuring scoop supplied in the tub. Mixing tips for the powdered product: to assist the solubility of the IP6 powder it is recommended that it is mixed into a slightly acidic liquid such as orange juice or water that has had lemon juice or apple cider vinegar added. If left to stand, the mixture should be well stirred before drinking.
