Directions
Dissolve 250mg (pea-sized amount) in warm or hot water, tea, or your favourite warm drink. Take 1-2 times daily, with or without meals. Note: The liquid should be warm or hot for the Shilajit to dissolve.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
