For beneficial effect, we recommend one serving (15g) daily. Add to fruit smoothies. Stir into tomato sauces, stews and curries. Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
