As a food supplement, dissolve one sachet into a small glass of cold water or juice either just before eating or just following a meal If required, two sachets can be taken per day. This will provide the higher amount of Lab4 friendly bacteria. Suitable during pregnancy. Always take alongside food. Take daily for best results
