Directions and Storage

Directions

One capsule a day with liquid at mealtimes, is a normal maintenance dose. However you may take up to 10 per day if necessary to increase the benefits. Children between 3-7 years, half the adult dose is recommended. (Capsule can be easily pulled apart to offer reduced intake.)
