Directions
Start with one capsule just twice daily. Then take two capsules, three times daily. You can build up to three capsules, three times a day if desired. Take with water before or after meals.

For UK orders over £40, there is no postage charge. For UK orders under £40, there will be a £3.50 postage charge.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
