For beneficial effect, we recommend one serving (15g) daily. Add to fruit smoothies. Stir into tomato sauces, stews and curries. Mix with olive oil, fresh herbs and chopped tomatoes for a tasty salad. Boost your favourite shakes and juices. Quick tip: For a delicious Acai bowl, blend with frozen berries, frozen banana, almond milk and nut butter. Then top with Naturya Chia Seeds and Goji Berries.
