Directions and Storage
Directions
Two capsules one to three times daily with food. If you are taking medications, take this product a few hours before or after taking them. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
