Blend, shake or briskly stir two scoops (approx. 45g) of UltraMeal into eight fluid ounces (250ml) water, or to your personal preference (or as directed by a healthcare practitioner).

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
