Step 1: Order Kit Step 2: Collect Sample - Follow the kit instructions to collect your sample from home. Once your sample is collected simply place it in the mail to the laboratory with the pre-paid return envelope provided. Step 3: Get Results - In two to four weeks you will receive your personalised results. Step 4: Modify Diet - Use recommendations and healthcare provider guidance to modify diet.

For UK orders over £40, there is no postage charge. For UK orders under £40, there will be a £3.50 postage charge.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of ordering, so you should receive your order to a UK address within 2-3 working days. Most UK orders are sent out the same day and delivered the next working day.

Delivery times for orders being sent internationally vary by destination and obviously depend on the transit time of our service provider.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
