As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily with juice or water in between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Provided that it is within 30 days of your order, the product is unopened and with a sufficient expiry date, you can return your product to us with a note of your order ID and an explanation of the reason for your refund request to the following address:
